AI product development for creators.
For creators with 100k+ followers who sell courses, memberships or merch but have no physical product of their own. In 14 days AI turns what your audience keeps asking for into a concept, real factory quotes and a margin model you know before you spend. A person handles the factories, samples and shipment.
No calls needed. Everything by email.
Creator Product Launch Spec
AI-built · 14 days
- Product concept
- Bill of materials
- Quotes from 2 to 3 factories
- Landed cost
- Retail price and margin model
- First-run plan
$1,500
fixed · 100% credited to your first run
Refunded if the factory quotes miss the margin we agree at the start.
You built the audience. The product is the hard part.
Most creator products stall in the same place: nobody knows what one unit will cost until money is already spent. Factories quote what you ask for, not what you should ask for. Freight, duty and packaging show up later. And the person chasing all of it is the one who should be making content.
- “My audience keeps asking when I will make a real product.”
- “My merch is print-on-demand and the margin is thin.”
- “Factories want minimums, and I can't tell a fair quote from a bad one.”
- “I don't have weeks for samples and freight. I need to keep filming.”
How AI makes this fast and fixed-price
AI for the research and math. A person for the factories.
AI 1
Audience research
Reads your comments and messages and ranks what people keep asking you for.
AI 2
Concept and bill of materials
Drafts the product and every part, material and finish, ready for a factory to quote.
AI 3
Quote comparison
Lines up the quotes from 2 to 3 factories on the same bill of materials, so differences stand out.
AI 4
Landed cost and margin
Models unit price, freight, duty and packaging against your retail price and the margin we agree.
A person handles the physical side
Talking to the factories, checking samples and booking the shipment. Someone who has done it before, not a model.
The research and the math take hours, not weeks. That is why the scope is fixed, the price is $1,500 and the margin is agreed before we start.
How the 14 days run
Fixed price, all by email
Day 1
Send your brief
Your audience, what you sell today and the product people keep asking for. Rough is fine.
Day 2
Agree the target margin
We confirm the product direction and agree in writing what each unit has to earn. That number is the test the spec has to pass.
Days 3 to 12
Spec and quote
AI drafts the bill of materials, we check it and send it to 2 to 3 factories. If something is unclear, we ask by email.
Day 14
Your spec
Concept, bill of materials, quotes, landed cost, price, margin and the first-run plan, in one document.
What's in the spec
Product concept
One product your audience already asks for, sketched and specified: what it is, what it is made of, how it ships.
Bill of materials
Every part, material, finish and piece of packaging, with sizes, so a factory can quote it as written.
Quotes from 2 to 3 factories
Real quotes on your bill of materials at your first-run quantity, side by side.
Landed cost
What one unit costs once it reaches your warehouse: unit price, freight, duty and packaging.
Retail price and margin model
The price your audience will pay and what you keep per unit, checked against the target margin we agree on day one.
First-run plan
Quantity, samples, dates and cash needed, from sign-off to stock you can sell.
What you walk away with
Margin you set first
You know what you keep per unit before you spend a dollar on stock. Price is a decision, not a guess.
A product they already asked for
We start from what your audience requests in comments and messages, not from a catalog of blanks.
You keep filming
Factories, samples, quotes and freight run through us, by email. Your week stays on content.
Hit the margin, or your $1,500 back.
- On day one we agree in writing the margin each unit has to hit.
- If the factory quotes can't hit it, we refund the full $1,500.
- If they can and you go to production, 100% of the $1,500 comes off your first run.

Production, after the spec
Factory cost + 12%
Our fee is 12% of the factory cost, $1,500 minimum per run. No set-up fee.
You pay what the factory charges plus 12%. We manage samples, the factory and the shipment to your warehouse.

We have done the factory part before
For a kids wellness brand that sells to families and classrooms, we took seven-plus physical products from idea to printed and sold: card decks, a classroom kit, a picture book and a plush. Each one started with the questions this spec answers.
Read the case studyA fit if
- You have an audience of 100k or more.
- You already sell courses, a membership or merch.
- You don't have a physical product of your own yet.
Not a fit if
- Your audience is still under 100k. Come back when it isn't.
- The product needs electronics. We will tell you up front that we are not the right team.
Questions
- Do I need a call?
- No calls needed. Everything runs by email. You send a brief, we reply with questions if anything is unclear, and the spec lands in your inbox on day 14.
- What if the quotes miss my margin?
- Before we start, we agree in writing the margin each unit has to hit. If none of the factory quotes can hit it, we refund the $1,500 in full.
- How does the $1,500 credit work?
- If you go ahead with production with us, all $1,500 comes off your first run. You pay for the spec once, whichever way you decide.
- What does production cost after the spec?
- What the factory charges, plus our 12% fee (at least $1,500 per run). No set-up fee. The landed cost in your spec gives you the number before you commit.
- What kinds of products?
- Physical products made in a factory run: card decks, journals and planners, kits, books, plush, apparel, bags and accessories. If yours needs electronics, we say so on day one.
Tell us what your audience keeps asking for
Five lines in an email is enough. We reply with questions or a start date. $1,500, 14 days, refunded if the margin isn't there.
