What kind of work do you run?

1. A small business

2. A day job plus side projects

3. Freelance or client work

Which layers do you want today?

[x] Rules [x] Memory [x] Skills

[x] Integrations [ ] Automation

Seven layers

Each layer fixes one way AI help goes wrong. Start with rules and memory. Add the rest when you trust them.

  1. 01Rules

CLAUDE.md files at four levels, plus a keyword router that loads the right project's rules on its own.

  2. 02Memory

One small note per fact and an index that is always loaded. Mistakes become rules with the reason written down.

  3. 03Skills

Reusable playbooks for the work you repeat: briefings, weekly planning, writing, and checking work before it is called done.

  4. 04Integrations

Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Notion through connectors, command-line tools for the rest, the browser as a last resort.

  5. 05Automation

Jobs that run while you sleep: a morning briefing, a weekly review, inbox triage, backups that tell you when they fail.

  6. 06Conventions

How you and Claude work: questions before work, decisions as multiple choice, parallel agents, safety rails on money and email.

  7. 07Multi-account

Separate Claude accounts for personal and client work on one Mac, with shared rules and skills and walls between the data.

Who it's for

  • You run a small business or a side business and already use Claude for real work.
  • You keep explaining the same context, rules and preferences every session.
  • You want jobs done before you sit down: briefings, inbox triage, reviews.
  • You are on a Mac and fine running a few commands, or letting Claude run them.

Who it's not for

  • You want a chatbot for your customers. This is for running your own work.
  • You are on Windows or Linux. The kit is macOS only for now.
  • You want someone to set it up for you. We do that as a service.

How setup works

About 15 minutes

  1. Minute 1

    Buy and download

    One payment, one zip file.

  2. Minute 2

Open Claude Code in the folder

Unzip it anywhere and start Claude Code there.

  3. Minutes 3 to 15

    Run /onboard

Claude asks about your work with multiple-choice questions, backs up what you have, then writes your setup.

  4. Week 1

    Work normally

Each time you correct Claude, it becomes a rule. On day 7, prune and plan the week.

Why we sell it

It is the setup our studio runs on every day

Our blog, social posts, free audit and job search run on this setup, with a person approving what goes out. Every rule in the kit is there because something went wrong once. We stripped out anything private and kept what works.

Questions

Do I need to code?
No. The core path is built for people who don't code: you click answers and Claude does the typing. Developers get extra sections on worktrees, hooks and permissions.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac and a Claude plan that includes Claude Code. Connectors for Gmail, Calendar and Drive are optional.
Is it a subscription?
No. $149 once, and the files are yours. Use it for yourself or one business.
Can I read it before I buy?
Yes. The handbook explains all seven layers for free. The kit adds the templates, skills, job scripts, the example setup and the /onboard installer.
Is it safe to let Claude run without permission prompts?
The kit's default rules keep email and messages as drafts, create anything involving money paused, and leave the final Submit to you. If you remove those rails, turn the prompts back on.
