What we do
Operations and AI automation
We take over the weekly busywork: orders, refunds, product listings, reports. Each month we automate one of those jobs, so it keeps running without anyone touching it.
Websites and Shopify stores
Fixed scope, fixed price. A site or store your team can update on its own after handoff.
Physical products
Card decks, kits, packaging and trade-show booths, from the first sketch to a printed product on the shelf.

Yogapalooza is a US kids wellness brand: music, yoga and mindfulness for classrooms and families. We work as their operations and product team.
- Shipped 7+ physical products, including card decks, a classroom kit for a childcare chain, a picture book, a plush toy and a Yoto card.
- Ran their Shopify store for six months: orders, refunds, product listings, fulfillment for school partners and the reports for quarterly sales tax.
- Produced their Toy Fair 2026 booth in New York, from vendor sourcing to the final backdrop, table cover and display rack.
