Trade show booth design for small business
You booked the booth. Now it needs a backdrop, a table, something to hand buyers and product shots that hold up next to the big brands. $950 for the whole pack, print-ready, from the team that produced a Toy Fair 2026 booth.

Sound familiar?
- "We're at Toy Fair for the first time and the backdrop deadline is next week."
- "Booth companies keep pitching custom builds. We have a 10x10 and a table."
- "I don't know what size the banner file should be or who should print it."
- "We need something to hand buyers so they remember us after the show."
The problem
First-time exhibitors at shows like Toy Fair stand next to brands with full custom builds. You don't need one. In a 10x10, a sharp backdrop, a fitted table cover, a short catalog and a clear one-pager do most of the work.
What usually goes wrong is time and specs: files at the wrong size for the display hardware, a printer found too late, and handouts designed the night before. We take all of that on, and we start with the pieces that take longest to print.

3-day turnaround available
Step 1
Show specs
15-minute call: booth size, hardware, the show's deadlines and what you're launching.
Step 2
Backdrop and table first
The large-format pieces are designed first because they take longest to print and ship.
Step 3
Catalog, flyers, product shots
The take-home pieces, built from the same design so the booth reads as one brand.
Step 4
Files to printers
Print-ready files sent to the vendors we sourced, with proofs checked before they print.

Questions
- How much does trade show booth design cost for a small business?
- Our pack is $950 flat for the design and print-ready files: backdrop, table cover, catalog, flyers and product shots. Printing and display hardware are separate and depend on size and material. We get vendor quotes before you commit.
- What does a first-time exhibitor at Toy Fair need?
- For a standard booth: a backdrop sized to your display, a table cover, a catalog or line sheet with ordering details, a one-pager to hand out, and product samples on the table. Check the show's deadlines for graphics and shipping early, because they come sooner than you expect.
- Do you print and ship the booth?
- We design it, prepare the files, source the printers and display vendors, and check proofs. You pay the vendors directly, so you see the real cost and own the hardware.
- How fast can you turn it around?
- A 3-day turnaround is available for the design. Large-format printing and shipping add their own days, so tell us your show date on the call and we'll work back from it.
- Can you design for booth hardware I already own?
- Yes. Send us the model or the printer's template and we design to its exact size, so the new graphics fit the stand you have.
