Questions
- What does a Shopify automation agency do?
- It connects your store to the rest of your tools so routine work runs without you: order and inventory sync, customer email, fulfillment updates, reports. We also run the ops work that is not worth automating yet, so nothing falls through.
- How much does AI automation cost for a small business?
- Ours is $2,500 to set up and $1,800 a month, with one new automation each month and the day-to-day ops included. One-off automation projects elsewhere often look cheaper but leave you maintaining the workflows yourself.
- Do you use n8n, Zapier or Make?
- Mostly n8n, because it is cheaper at volume and you can host it yourself. If you already run Zapier or Make and they work, we keep them.
- Will an AI agent email my customers on its own?
- Not unless you want it to. By default AI drafts the reply and a person approves it. We move a job to fully automatic only after it has run cleanly for a while.
- What if I want to stop?
- Cancel any month. The workflows, credentials and documentation are already in your accounts.
- Can I start with just the free audit?
- Yes. The audit is free and you get the three jobs we would automate first, with hours saved, whether or not you hire us.
